About ECCRFFA
The East Contra Costa Fee and Financing Authority (ECCRFFA or Authority) coordinates the implementation of ECCRFFA regional transportation projects in the cities of Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley and Pittsburg, and eastern Contra Costa County.
The five member governments of ECCRFFA include the Cities of Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley and Pittsburg, and Contra Costa County. Contra Costa County governs the unincorporated East County communities of Bay Point, Bethel Island, Byron, Discovery Bay and Knightsen.
