About ECCRFFA
Mission
The East Contra Costa Regional Fee and Financing Authority (ECCRFFA or Authority) is a regional planning agency charged with obtaining the funding for regional transportation improvements projects in eastern Contra Costa Couty. The Authority’s jurisdiction encompasses the eastern portion of the County, including unincorporated areas as well as the Cities of Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley and Pittsburg.
Member Governments
The five member governments of ECCRFFA include the Cities of Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley and Pittsburg, and Contra Costa County. Contra Costa County governs the unincorporated East County communities of Bay Point, Bethel Island, Byron, Discovery Bay and Knightsen.
